Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before registering for or attending the Rock Your Profitable, Sold-Out Retreat 2026 event ("Event") operated by Sheri A. Rosenthal DPM Inc., doing business as Wanderlust Entrepreneur® and Journeys of the Spirit® ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for or accessing the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
Upon registration, you will be provided access to the live sessions and, depending on your donation level, replay recordings. Access details will be delivered to the email address you provide at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and may not share them with others.
This Event is offered on a pay-what-you-want / by-donation basis. All donations are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Registrants who donate $100 USD or more will receive extended replay access as described on the registration page. Donation levels and access terms are subject to change at our discretion.
Because this is a by-donation event with minimal pricing, all donations are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@wanderlustentrepreneur.com within 7 days of the transaction and we will do our best to assist you.
Session replays will be made available on our event platform from approximately April 21 through midnight Los Angeles time on May 1, 2026. Extended or permanent replay access is available for donations of $100 USD or more. The Company reserves the right to modify replay availability with reasonable notice.
All content delivered during the Event — including presentations, slides, recordings, workbooks, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sheri A. Rosenthal DPM Inc. / Wanderlust Entrepreneur®. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any Event content without prior written permission from the Company.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, guests, and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event and associated communities (e.g., the private Facebook group) who engages in harassment, disruptive behaviour, or any conduct that violates these Terms, without refund.
The Event and all related content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Event will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technical difficulties may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (donated) to attend the Event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Event or violation of these Terms.
The Event schedule is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel speakers, sessions, or dates. In the event of a cancellation we will notify registrants via email and make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of your Event access after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
